How long until my order is made and shipped out?

Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, resulting in varied processing times. Offering such a large catalog of unique jewelry pieces means that our production times will vary for each item. 

We do our best to estimate a delivery window based on production timing and standard shipping. We currently offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes between 2-5 days. Please note that personalized orders takes longer time, since they are made specially for you.

Please note that our estimates are for UK based orders. Shipping times for International Orders will vary for each carrier and location.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items. We will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times. Rest assured, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package we ship.

UK Shipping Times

Once created, your item(s) are passed over to our shipping partners. who then will shipi your order within 2-5 business days from shipping date.

International Shipping Times

We ship many of our pieces to most countries worldwide. We do not ship every one of our products to every country. If you want to see if your location is eligible for international shipping, enter your address in checkout. Please note that USPS does take a few weeks for international transit and only tracks until it leaves the US, then it's in the hands of your local post office and customs are not trackable.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
